Show individual contributor names in evidence
When off, briefs and evidence show pull requests without authors. Recipients outside your team never see individual names or counts, regardless of this setting.
Minimum group size for any aggregate view
No count, chart or breakdown is shown for a group smaller than 3 people. Below that, the brief says "the team" and gives no number.

Let developers see what leadership sees
Every workspace member can open the exact brief leadership received, unchanged. Nothing about the team is shown to leadership that the team can't also see.
Data retention
GitHub activity older than a year is deleted from GitBrief. Briefs already written are kept; their evidence links stop resolving after that.
Your data
Export gives you every brief, edit, note and the GitHub activity behind them as JSON. Delete removes all of it from GitBrief within 24 hours, and shared links stop working immediately.
